Stéphane Reynaud at Parabola

Chef and best-selling cookery writer Stéphane Reynaud, (his books include: Ripailles, Pork and Sons, The Book of Tripe), will be opening his first restaurant (Tratra) outside Paris at Boundary in Shoreditch this April.

As a little preview there will be two very special dinners, a Ripailles if you will, at Parabola, hosted by Stéphane, on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 March. Stéphane who comes from a family of butchers, has become rightfully known for his love of all things meaty, so expect home-cured charcuterie, terrines and more.

The four course supper club menu will be priced at £45 per person.
